The First and Only EoE Treatment for Children as Young as 1 Year Old (≥33 lb)

DUPIXENT was studied in 61 pediatric patients ages 1 to 11 years old (weighing at least 33 lb) with EoE in a 2-part study.

Caregivers observed that children experienced fewer days with EoE signs and symptoms as early as 4 months and at 1 year.*

The most common side effects of DUPIXENT in patients with EoE include:

Managing EoE at School

Mealtimes can cause challenges for children with EoE, especially at school. Here are a few steps you can take to help teachers and administrators understand your child’s needs.

Communicate with Your Child's Doctor

An EoE specialist can help you understand how to advocate for your child and help you understand what to prioritize while they’re in the classroom.

Seek Accommodations

EoE qualifies as a disability under Section 504, a federal statute designed to prevent discrimination. Creating a 504 plan helps ensure that the school takes steps to help your child stay safe.

Collaborate with Teachers

Meeting with your child’s teacher allows you to explain EoE symptoms, answer questions, and create an open line of communication throughout the school year.
