STARTING DUPIXENT MyWay

DUPIXENT MyWay offers support, answers to your treatment and insurance questions, and a dedicated support team to help you get
started and stay on track with your prescribed treatment plan.

  1. ENROLL

    • If you have been prescribed DUPIXENT, you are eligible to enroll in DUPIXENT MyWay.
    • To receive DUPIXENT MyWay support, talk to your doctor about enrolling. You can also speak with a DUPIXENT MyWay Case Manager at 1-844-DUPIXENT (1-844-387-4936), option 1, Monday-Friday, 8 am-9 pm ET.
    • Important: Please note that we’ll need your consent to enroll in the program. You may be asked by your doctor to complete a form, or receive a request by text to provide your consent electronically. When you do, please take a moment to respond—it helps us begin your support as soon as possible.

  2. GET SUPPORT

    Once you’re enrolled in DUPIXENT MyWay, we’re here to support you with:

    • Understanding your insurance coverage for DUPIXENT
    • Financial assistance, including copay support, if eligible
    • Supplemental injection training with a DUPIXENT MyWay Nurse Educator in person, virtually, or by phone
    • Refill and injection reminders
    • Tips and tools to help you manage treatment

The DUPIXENT MyWay Copay Card may help eligible,
commercially insured patients cover the out-of-pocket cost of
DUPIXENT. If you’re eligible, you can enroll online or by phone

start and stay on track with DUPIXENT. Keep in mind that
your doctor is your primary source of information related
to your treatment.

invitation with directions to download the app.

No, you do not have to be enrolled in DUPIXENT MyWay to receive your prescription. However, a DUPIXENT MyWay Case Manager can provide additional support by helping you schedule your prescription deliveries. 

DUPIXENT MyWay is a free support program that’s available to all patients and caregivers. 

Once your doctor submits the request to enroll in DUPIXENT MyWay and you have signed the form, a DUPIXENT MyWay Case Manager will reach out by phone or email within a few days to welcome you and start ongoing support. If you have any questions about your enrollment status, call 1-844-DUPIXENT (1-844-387-4936), option 1, Monday-Friday, 8 am-9 pm ET.

The time it takes to receive your DUPIXENT is dependent on a few factors, including insurance approval, prior authorization, and scheduling deliveries with a specialty pharmacy.

Once you have been prescribed DUPIXENT, be sure to save your specialty pharmacy’s contact information—and
DUPIXENT MyWay if you’re enrolled—so you don’t miss important phone calls and updates that can help ensure you receive your prescription in a timely manner.

A DUPIXENT MyWay Case Manager can guide you through the insurance process to help you understand your coverage options, as well as determine your eligibility for financial assistance programs that may help you pay for DUPIXENT. A Case Manager can also connect you with a Nurse Educator.

A DUPIXENT MyWay Nurse Educator is available to help you with one-on-one supplemental injection training in person, virtually, or by phone.
