by respiratory symptoms, such as wheezing, shortness of breath, chest tightness, and cough.
These symptoms may vary over time and can be reversible.

UNDER CONTROL?

Have you thought about a life with less Asthma? It’s important to understand the current level of your or your child’s asthma control.

AIRWAY Inflammation Can Be An Underlying Cause Of Asthma

Having asthma means your airways may be inflamed. This inflammation may cause your airways

Most research suggests that asthma attacks may be caused by excess inflammation in the airways. DUPIXENT may be an option to treat uncontrolled moderate-to-severe asthma, as long as there is evidence for inflammation called ‘eosinophilic’ present or you have oral steroid–dependent asthma.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

DUPIXENT is a prescription medicine used as an add-on maintenance treatment for adults and children 6 years of age and older who have moderate-to-severe eosinophilic or oral steroid–dependent asthma that is not controlled with their current asthma medicines. DUPIXENT is not used to treat sudden breathing problems. Speak to your healthcare provider or find a specialist to learn if DUPIXENT is right for you.

DUPIXENT is indicated to treat eosinophilic asthma, which is a subtype of asthma that can be severe. Eosinophils are white blood cells that are normally a part of the immune system. When there are too many in the airways, they cause inflammation and can trigger asthma attacks.
